Out of Hours Service
Here at OTS UK we understand that breakdowns don't always happen within normal working hours. Thats why we operate an out of hours service so you can still purchase spare parts out of normal working hours. This is a chargeable service and is currently only available to registered customers.
So How Does it Work?
Its a fairly simple process, simply log into the website and search for the product you require. Check the availability of the spare part by searching the products on the website or inputting the part number directly into the search bar at the top of every page, if it's available then ring the phone number displayed on this page. The 'On Call' sales person will take your call and log your order. You will then have the choice to:
- > Have the part delivered to site by our driver (See below for charges)
- > Arrange your own courier to collect from our warehouse
- > Arrange to collect the part from our warehouse in person
Please Note. This service is only available to customers in UK Mainland.
How much is Call Out?
How do we Pay?
If you are an account customer then we can invoice this service charge as part of your normal terms. If you are a non account holder then you will be asked to pay for the service upfront using either a credit or debit card or instant payment via BACS.
What Happens Next?
So we have a part in stock that you require, you have spoke to a member of the sales team, you have paid the out of hours service charge but what next? Well, if you have arranged to collect the spare part you will need to give us a time you wish to collect so we can open up the warehouse. Likewise if you have arranged for a courier to collect the part from us, an ETA and courier phone number would be needed so we can liaise and make sure we are open for when the courier arrives.
If you wanted us to deliver the part then you will also need to arrange to pay the delivery charge as per the table below.
